At SG-Shop, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and returns to ensure a fair and hassle-free process.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- Products arrive damaged, defective, or not as described
- Incorrect items are delivered (e.g., wrong size, color, or model)
Note: Personalized items, perishables, and opened hygiene products are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at +65 5689 9999 or sgshop@Singapore.com within 7 days, providing your order number and details of the issue (photos may be requested for verification).
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a return authorization (RA) if approved.
- Pack the item securely with original packaging and include the RA slip. We’ll arrange a convenient pickup or guide you to a local drop-off point (free for eligible returns).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees for incorrect/damaged items will be fully refunded. For change-of-mind returns (where applicable), original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Returns without prior authorization or outside the 7-day window may be rejected.
- Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not qualify for a full refund.
